  • Dermal Filler Follow-Up & Touch-Up Policy

    At Shai Aesthetics, our goal is to deliver beautiful, natural-looking results while prioritizing your safety and satisfaction. Because dermal filler continues to settle during the first few weeks after treatment, all filler patients are encouraged to return for a follow-up assessment.

    Complimentary Follow-Up Visit

    A complimentary follow-up appointment is included with every dermal filler treatment and should be scheduled 2 weeks (10–21 days) after your procedure. During this visit, your provider will:

    • Assess healing and final results

    • Evaluate symmetry and product integration

    • Address any questions or concerns

    • Determine whether any refinements are clinically appropriate

    Touch-Up Policy

    Our treatment plans are based on the amount of filler needed to safely achieve your aesthetic goals during your initial visit.

    Complimentary 2-Week Follow-Up: Your follow-up visit is included with your treatment and allows us to assess your results after the filler has fully settled. Minor refinements for provider-related asymmetry may be performed at no additional charge when clinically appropriate. Any additional filler requested to enhance volume or achieve a different aesthetic outcome is considered a new treatment and will be charged accordingly.

    Additional Filler

    Additional filler is not included in your initial treatment.

    If you:

    • Decide you would like more volume,

    • Wish to further enhance your results,

    • Choose to treat additional areas, or

    • Declined the recommended number of syringes recommended during your initial appointment, any additional product will be treated as a new treatment and billed at Shai Aesthetics' current pricing.

    Follow-Up Timeline

    To ensure the most accurate assessment, follow-up appointments should be completed within 10–21 days after your treatment.

    Requests for evaluation beyond 30 days will be considered a new appointment, and any additional filler required will be charged accordingly.

    Our Commitment

    Every face heals differently, and small variations in swelling and settling are a normal part of the healing process. Our providers take a conservative, safety-first approach to facial balancing. Rather than overfilling during your initial visit, we prefer to build results gradually when appropriate to achieve the most natural, elegant, and long-lasting outcome.

  • At Shai Aesthetics, our goal is to provide safe, natural-looking, and balanced results. Neuromodulators require time to reach their full effect, and individual response may vary based on muscle strength, anatomy, metabolism, and previous treatment history.

    Complimentary Follow-Up

    A complimentary follow-up appointment is included with every neuromodulator treatment and should be scheduled 10–14 days after your injection appointment. During this visit, your provider will:

    • Evaluate your treatment results once the product has reached full effect.

    • Assess muscle movement and facial balance.

    • Address any questions or concerns.

    • Determine whether a touch-up is clinically appropriate.

    Complimentary Touch-Up

    Shai Aesthetics includes up to 4 units of neuromodulator at no additional charge when all of the following criteria are met:

    • Your follow-up appointment is completed within 10–14 days of your original treatment.

    • Your provider determines that a minor adjustment is clinically appropriate to optimize your original treatment.

    • The additional units are intended to refine the initial treatment rather than increase the overall effect.

    The decision to perform a complimentary touch-up is solely at the discretion of your treating provider.

    Additional Units

    Additional neuromodulator beyond the complimentary touch-up allowance is not included in your original treatment.

    Additional units will be charged at Shai Aesthetics' current per-unit pricing if:

    • More than 4 additional units are required.

    • You would like a stronger or more frozen appearance than originally discussed.

    • You request treatment of additional muscles or treatment areas.

    • You declined the recommended number of units during your initial appointment.

    • Your muscles metabolize the product more quickly than expected.

    • Your provider determines additional dosing is needed beyond the original treatment plan.

    Follow-Up Timeline

    To ensure the most accurate assessment, follow-up appointments should occur within 10–14 days after treatment.

    Requests for evaluation or touch-ups more than 21 days after the initial treatment will be considered a new treatment, and all additional units will be billed at the current per-unit rate.
